Delete your data

Osmo has no accounts. Each install has an anonymous profile (nickname, grade, chosen topics and reading progress).

In the app (instant)

1. Open Osmo and go to Passport.
2. Tap Grown-ups and answer the grown-ups question.
3. Tap Delete all data, then tap again to confirm.

The profile and everything linked to it (reading history, quiz answers, reactions, reports and Plus status) is erased from our servers straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the device, email info@neobound.ai with the Osmo ID shown under Grown-ups, if you have it. We delete the data within 7 days and confirm by email. A profile that is not used for 400 days is deleted automatically anyway.

What we keep

Only purchase records (order ID, plan, amount, date) for Osmo Plus, without any link to the deleted profile, for as long as tax law requires. Deleting data does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
